Mélange Hair Extensions and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Mélange Hair Extensions believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Mahogany Hair and its subsidiaries.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time should those changes be required for a successful technological and legal operation of this site. You should check these Terms of Use regularly for such changes.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Return Policy

Our “terms & conditions” are taken very seriously and will not be waived for any reason. If you place an order, you will have to agree to our terms & conditions which include our return policy. This is required so you won’t be able to place your order until you check the box and agree to our terms & conditions during the checkout process. Please do not purchase or agree with these terms if you do not, in fact, agree with all of our terms & conditions.

Our Return Policy (including exchanges) is as follows:

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee so you can exchange any item for any reason that you purchase from us as long as you follow our guidelines listed below. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer.

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order. You may exchange minus shipping costs and processing fee of $15 once approved by personnel. If you choose to exchange you are responsible for shipping returned to you. However, we will not accept the return or exchange of any hair extensions that have been colored or damaged in any way. Once spoken with our staff and have authorization to return you can then do so and receive a store credit or exchange. (store credit is good for 1 year). The hair extensions must remain in their original, condition.

If you decide that you would like a return or exchange, you must contact us by email at sales@melangehair.co within 30 days receipt of your order. This email will serve as proof that you contacted us within the required time-frame. Exceptions cannot be made.

When we receive your return or exchange request, a representative will confirm whether or not you qualify for a return and provide you with return instructions. You will have 3 business days to return your item(s) back to us once we send you return instructions. The postage date will serve as evidence that your item(s) was shipped back to us within the required time-frame. If it hasn’t reached us by the 3^rd day the package will be refused and returned. When returning back to us you are to ship signature confirmation.

If our return policy is not followed in any way, no exchange will be given. If you send the item(s) back to us after violating our return policy, the item(s) will be returned to you. Please contact us prior to placing your order with us or do not place your order if you are unable to comply with our return policy.

Refunds

There are NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges if the returned product meets our requirements:

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• We will not accept exchanges of products that have been altered or used in any way. This includes hair that has been cut, processed, colored, or untied at the top of the bundle.
• Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense.
• We offer one exchange per original order. 

Exchanges must be created within 30 days of the original order. Exchanges will not be permitted after 30 days. Please allow 6 business days for your return to be processed.

Order Processing

Mélange Hair Extensions is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM. All orders placed before 2PM CST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM on Friday will ship on Monday, with the exception of holidays. Custom color shipping takes 2-3 week processing.
