What is Unprocessed Virgin Hair?

Raw virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically altered in any way. Our hair is collected from single donors, sanitized, hackled, wefted, washed, then sent to you! All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, wash after wash.

WHAT IS PROCESSED HAIR?

Well, Processed Hair has been treated with an array of different chemicals, giving it a new and distinct look. Since it’s been soaked repeatedly in a highly acidic bath, it is completely stripped of its cuticles and natural characteristics. This provides you with the freedom to color, curl, or straighten your hair in any way you want.

HOW LONG DOES THE CLIPS INS LAST?

24-48 MONTHS WITH PROPER CARE

CAN I USE A STYLING TOOL?

Yes you can! We always recommend using a heat protectant spray AS WELL.

CAN I WASH MY Mélange Hair EXTENSIONS?

Absolutely, try staying away from shampoos with sulphate in them and use hydrating conditioners! Leave-in conditioners and heat protectants will prolong your EXTENSIONS life span.

HOW LONG DOES ITIPS LAST?

12-24 MONTHS WITH PROPER CARE. You treat these extensions as if its your own hair. We suggest not applying heat to your hair everyday but wrap hair in satin caps.

HOW MUCH HAIR IS IN EACH BUNDLE?

All hair from Mélange Hair is approx. 100g or between 3.1-3.7oz.


WHERE DOES Mélange HAIR COME FROM?

Our hair is hand selected and sourced from various countries in Southeast Asia. Owner, has traveled to these countries to travel through villages and collect hair. She has teamed up with her own factory where the hair is wefted and prepped for clients. Bringing Raw Luxurious Tresses.

HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?

Full Install- 3 bundles shorter than 20”. Inches measuring at 22” and up will need 4 bundles. Closure or Frontal 2-3 bundles needed.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE WEFT HAIR LAST?

5+ YEARS 

CAN I COLOR AND/OR BLEACH THE HAIR?

Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring.Treat this hair as if it is your own. And, consult with a licensed stylist for custom color. For coloring we suggest Paul Mitchell Products.

WHAT IS DOUBLE DRAWIN?

Hair is thick and volume hair from top to bottom. This gives the natural look and feel instead of split ends.
